Reading and searching
Public pages can be read without an account. The guide search filters the visible list in your browser. The site does not send that search text to a separate search service.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity is not currently configured, so this version does not load the Clarity script. If analytics is enabled, this page will describe the active integration.
When active, Clarity may process interaction events, browser and device information and technical identifiers, and may use cookies or similar storage according to its operation and your browser settings. Data is processed by Microsoft. Avoid entering personal medical information in website fields. For more detail, see Clarity’s terms and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Bot request logging
When enabled, the application records requests whose user-agent resembles a crawler or social preview bot. Records include UTC time, the path without its query string, request method, response status and a user-agent truncated to 512 characters. We do not record IP addresses, cookies, authorization headers or request bodies in this application journal. Bot labels are based on the user-agent and do not verify who owns a request.
Records are kept for up to 30 days, with cleanup when a new bot request is recorded or an administrator opens the journal. Up to 5,000 requests per UTC day are stored. Static resources and requests answered before PHP runs may not appear. Hosting-provider logs are separate.
External services and sharing
Source links and sharing buttons open external websites when clicked. Those services apply their own policies. Social buttons do not embed a third-party feed in our pages. Images and site assets are served from this website.
Messages
If you contact the publication team by email, your email provider and the recipient’s provider handle that message. Send page references and corrections rather than confidential medical records. This website does not provide a secure clinical messaging service.
